2. Data we collect
We collect the following data when you interact with our site:
- Data you give us directly: name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and any information you include in the message when filling out a contact form or writing to us on WhatsApp.
- Browsing data: pages visited, time on site, and basic technical data (device type, browser) automatically collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Quiz/quote tool data: the answers you choose when using our interactive tools (plan recommendation test, SEO audit) — these answers are not stored on our servers; they're only used to show you a result within your own session.
3. What we use your data for
We use the data you provide exclusively to:
- Respond to your contact or quote request.
- Communicate with you by email or WhatsApp about your project.
- Send you commercial proposals related to what you asked us about.
- Improve our website and services, based on aggregated and anonymous browsing data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (see section 8).
4. Your rights (Habeas Data)
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, as the data subject you have the right to:

- Update and correct your data if it's outdated or inaccurate.
- Request proof of the authorization you gave us to process your data.
- Be informed about how we've used your data, upon request.
- Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of your data, when there's no legal or contractual obligation requiring us to keep it.
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of data protection law.
5. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the rights mentioned above, write to us at direcciongeneral@ictusco.com stating your request clearly. We'll respond within the timeframes set by Colombian law (10 business days for inquiries, 15 business days for claims).
6. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet data transmission system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-party services we use
To run this site, we use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy.
- Google (PageSpeed Insights, Analytics if applicable): used for the free audit tool and/or site analytics.
- Hosting (Hostinger): our web hosting provider, where requests to the site are technically processed.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We recommend checking this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
