At Ictus Co we take care of the data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

01Who we are

Ictus Co is the brand under which Juan Daniel Jaimes Casas designs websites and provides related services. As the controller of your personal data, these are the contact details:

02What data we collect

We only collect the data we need to reply to you and provide our services:

• Data you give us in forms: name, email, phone number, brokerage, team or business name, the plan you are interested in and your message.
• Data from site tools: your website URL when you use our free website audit or mockup generator.
• Conversation data: information you share with us by WhatsApp, email or video call.
• Browsing data: pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate city and traffic source, collected with analytics cookies (see the cookies section).
• Client data: billing details and the access credentials needed to build or maintain your site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data or data from children under 13.

03How we use your data

• To reply to your requests and send you proposals and quotes.
• To provide the services you hire: website design, development, maintenance and support.
• To invoice and meet legal and accounting obligations.
• To send you website tips and offers by email, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To measure and improve how the site works, such as which pages and buttons are used most.
• To handle requests about your personal data.

04Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us operate:

We may also disclose data when required by law or a court order.

05International data transfers

Ictus Co is based in Colombia, and some providers may store data in the United States, the European Union or other countries. We only work with providers that offer appropriate data protection.

06Cookies

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. We use:

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link on the site, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

07How long we keep your data

• Leads who don't become clients: up to 2 years after our last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of the business relationship and as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe.

After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act where they apply, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, unless we must keep it by law or contract.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

09How to exercise your rights

10Security

We protect your data with reasonable technical and administrative measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-protected access, and access limited to team members who need it for their work.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the change is significant, notify you through the contact details you gave us.
