1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this website (ictusco.com), contacting us through our forms, WhatsApp, or email, or hiring any of our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any of these points, please don't use the site or hire our services.

2. Description of services

Ictus Co. is a web design agency based in Bogotá, Colombia, offering website design and development, online stores, landing pages, SEO positioning, content writing, and website maintenance services. The specific scope of each project is defined in the commercial proposal we send after first contact.

3. Quotes and pricing

The quotes we send are valid for the period indicated in each proposal (usually 15 calendar days, unless otherwise specified). Prices may vary depending on the final scope of the project agreed with the client. Any scope change requested after a quote has been accepted may result in a price adjustment, which will be communicated before it's applied.

4. Work process and deliverables

We work with a four-stage process: discovery, design, development, and launch. Communicated delivery timelines (for example, "ready in 7 days") depend on the client providing content, images, and approvals on time at each stage. Delays from the client in delivering material or approving progress may extend the overall project timeline.

5. Payments

Payment terms (deposit, installments, payment method) are specified in each individual commercial proposal. Work begins once the agreed deposit payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Once the project is paid in full, the client acquires usage rights over the final design and content developed specifically for their site. Ictus Co. reserves the right to use the completed project as part of its portfolio, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Third-party components used in development (plugins, base templates, code libraries, typefaces) remain under their own original licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver functional, secure, and well-optimized websites. However, we don't guarantee specific results in traffic, sales, or search engine ranking, since these depend on multiple factors outside our direct control (market behavior, competition, changes in search algorithms, among others).

We're not responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways) outside our direct control.

8. Free tools on this site

The interactive tools on this site (plan recommendation test, free SEO audit) are provided for informational and guidance purposes. The results they show don't constitute a formal quote or contractual commitment — any final price is confirmed in an individual commercial proposal after contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they're published on this page. We recommend checking it periodically.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved under applicable Colombian law.
